There is no single and “right” way of managing a research project. Our interactive workshops are planned using ´agile´ methods, while combining a humanist approach to design thinking.

  • Understanding various components of your research project; shining a light on blindspots;
  • Exploring diverse methods and styles that are meaningful, valued and could be realistically adopted;
  • Systemically mapping what is working and not, and possible reasons as to why;
  • Deep diving into context-based, customised sessions on time management; data management practices, funding and financing, budget management; roles and leadership; auditing processes.
